From last few days I fell back pain when I wake up. Generally before leaving bed I can feel it but after the activity of few minutes it subsides/almost not there. Kindly suggest.

Need more history. It could be due to improper posture during sleep. Or it could be due to stress on the back during work -  Do you sit in a chair for a long time or do u have a job requires you to stand for a long time? Do you have any recent sudden weight gain?

Hi it looks like you back is strained due to your repeated stress given to your back that’s may be due to your driving or work posture or ageing. As you have not mentioned your age and bit of your life style history, I could suggest you three basic home remedies to give a try for 5 days minimum. 1. Maintain your spine straight when you sit and give a enough back support 2. Hot pack fomentayion before you sleep 3. Walking (Slow) for 15 mins everyday
