Don't get mind clouded with too many thoughts.. Make a schedule and time table and study one thing at a time.. Use diagramatic reading and make Short notes while reading. Keep revising. Diagramatic reading- head - subheads- important points of each subheads and followed if need. For numericals - made a diagramatic short chart of all formulas- stick near your bed and keep revise every morning. precaution- keep yourself away from mobile or other internet gadgets.

If your are reading too many stuffs near to exam.... Then it's a normal phenomenon. Semantic memory usually needs practice and with multiple try you can get it store. .... So start yoga and study hard ..
