I fell Dizzy all the time
I fell dizzy all the time earlier it was when i used to go on height but now its even when i am on ground level. I t stared an year back after the earthquake. I was living on 10th floor and when i felt the earthquake i rushed down and since then i am facing this problem. Now i feel heavy head, pain in neck and spinning sensation even i am working on PC or lying down.

Some of the problems can be because of cervical issues due to the work posture, some medications do help for intermittent vertigo which you should discuss with your physician.
