Hi... If u r having this from many days then u should test urself for hb, thyroid. And vit b12 n vit d level.. If it's normal not to worry. Continue with vitamins

Firstly calm ur self Drink plenty of water in a day Eat 2-3 oranges daily Take proper sleep.. If it persists even after 5 days.. consult a doctor
