Dizziness &shaking feeling inside body
Im having dizziness for past two years. I took an ECG &Echo, checked with ENT, Everything is normal, My BP and sugar level, thyroid level and blood test are also within normal range, I'm loosing balance during dizziness, couldn't walk properly. Balancing problem. Having a tingling and shaking feeling inside my body. Kindly advice. I want to find the root cause of the problem.
