I feel light headed sometimes during daytime but definitely in the evening
It goes once I eat some carbs or if I take a heavy lunch then it doesn't seem to appear for a while.
Not sure if it's stress because I am trying my best for that but I have noticed it happens if there'san indigestion issue or if I don't eat carbs especially for a while.
Confused to consult a gastro or a physiologist because have consulted a gastro in the past and got Endoscopy done which showed everything is normal yet I feel uneasiness in my stomach whenever I don't have a meal especially after waling up

Talk to experienced doctor online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
You should get a thorough examination form a General Physician. You should get all basic investigations done ( like CBC, Blood sugar, Liver and Kidney function tests, Lipid profile, and ECG).
With very vague symptoms (like you have) and no back up clinical examination and investigations, it is really very difficult to come to a conclusion.
Next Steps
Please consult a General Physician on Practo with all the investigations that I have enumerated.
