Stool light color abnorml
Since last few days especially a couple of weeks my stool is light color like gray or some light color like. And stomach is also upset. Some mild pain also after passing stool. My stomach history is I got stomach infected with food poisoning 3 years ago. And nit able to fully recover yet. Whenever eat outside or some spicy fried food or sometimes heavy food like fried things or cheese, ghee stomach get upset easily. please guide.

till then use a medicated water for intake. boil 1 fist of coriander, 1 table spoon jeera with 1 lit water  for 5 min. and use it for whole day drinking.
