Vomiting and stool issue

Asked for Male, 1 Years

My 6 week old son is spitting milk almost 1-2 times daily and his stool colour is also pale yellow ( light yellow) and his poop is very watery too. Although there is no such symptoms for jaundice like yellow eyes or skin colour. And he is also not irritated. Please advise.
