I feel ear discomfort and facial pain

I have problem on while speaking more than half an hour,and left side face feels discomfort.left side ear feels little bit pain.May I know the problem of my conditions.

The duration of your problem is important. If it's shorter duration then may be you are having Acute upper respiratory tract infection. If it's a continuous process then it can be throat fatigue due to excess use of voice. Excess voice use Inflammation of the larynx and may also refer pain in ear.
