I feel anxious from last few weeks.
There is a constant fear from past few days. Like if i dont do certain task related to house chores or office work i will make some people upset. I've been trying not to be scared of people or outcome but i just cant help it.

It seems to be phobia which is leading to stress. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and medication if required.

Hi... These issues can we resolved with Counselling/Psychotherapy. The only question is when you wish to really act upon your complaints. Such issues develop when we are repressing or going against something which is of great value to us. It may also develop out of loss of a loved one, a relationship, a career, or even our self esteem. It takes time to address issues from the root. The problem is we have become so accustomed to quick fixes, that we never take time to stop and see what is so terribly going wrong with us.
