I eat maggie once a month.. Is it safe??
Hi! I am 4months pregnant, I crave for maggie sometimes so eat once a month one bowl. Is it safe for baby? I was very worried today.. Will try to avoid.. But still till now is everything good? I do take bowl of dry fruits daily and healthy diet regularly.

Hi. No harm in eating Maggie once a month . Only try not putting the masala powder too much .

Maggie if possible better to avoid but once in a while Yes you can have. Dry fruits you can continue
