I don't want again ACL surgery
Hello doc, 3months back I had left ACL surgery, and now am facing problem in right it's more painfully n knee Moments also bad, month back I got MRI for right knee it says "Grade 2" and "small Baker's Cyst'"
From 3months am doing physiotherapy but am not feeling any difference, my right knee getting to much pain and knee moments also bad, Sometimes I can't bear the pain.
shall I go for ayurvedic, homeopathy therapy or shall I continue Physiotherapy

Continue physiotherapy but if you have instability, it indicates inefficient ACL.
Homeopathy or Ayurveda cannot solve this.
