Hello doctor! I am female of 21 yrs... I am having migraine... But from last few months I am facing lots of problems.... I feel sudden dizziness it's like I can't move for a minute, I feel sudden and high pricking pain in my head and neck, and even I got cramps in my neck many times... I have pain in my lower abdomen many times including when I continuously climb two floors or more... I feel mild pain in all over my chest and I become anxious... Sometimes I feel difficulty in breathing...
