I cant rotate my wrist
I collided with another player while playing volleyball I can do any work no pain in my wrist But when it come to rotate it , i totally fails. I can do back and front movement with my wrist but cant do sideways. It is there for last 15 days.

• Sports Taping • Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Hi.., probably u r suffering from wrist strain.. do visit physiotherapist, take paraffin wax bath or ultrasound along with wrist mobilization with strengthening.. this should resolve within 10-12 days.. tc
