I am 24year old. I do workout daily for 3.5 hrs including cardio from 3 months n i do diet strictly but i cant loss my weight
Plz suggest something

Hello,test for any medical problem like thyroid, Your test your blood cholesterol ,sugar levels . One must be persistent in action to loose weight , have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , meat .Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries, Gymnasium increases appetite of person ,you can try that.
