I am very obese 125kg
Dear Doctor, I am 44 years old unmarried man. I am very obese 125kg in weight 5 feet 6 inches in height. I have big tummy. I am unable to stand for more than 30 minutes or walk more than 200 meters at a stretch. I get pain in hip if I walk or stand. I have severe ED problem for the past 1 and half year. No morning wood. My penis is shrunk. I did Master health checkup a month ago. My pre diabetes became normal it was 97 fasting. Hba1c was below 5.5 or normal. Cholesterol was very normal. But HDL was 35 only. I have high BP. Taking medicine for High BP Concor 5mg in morning and Abel40mg at night. I get asthma at times having medicine Montek AB and foracort inhaler along with Asthalin inhaler. My question is how to reduce my weight? I am unable to walk then how to reduce weight? Please help.

You may consider bariatric sugery since your weight is quite high.following the surgery You can consider strength training with diet change which is better than walking to reduce weight.however,you need to be committed and it will take time.

U need to follow proper diet Do regular exercises Dats the only way to loose wt Due to obesity penis must have got buried Once u loose wt ,dat problem will be solved
