Hi mam....   Toothache may be due to carious teeth... Usually gum infection is common in pregnant ladies... Paracetamol is the safest drug for preganant ladies... As you are pregnant it is not advicible to do X_ray (IOPA) of tooth...

Hi Gum and teeth problems usually happens in pregnancy. You can take paracetamol only which is the safest drug. You can use mouthwash with paracetamol for instant relief. Regards Dr Parul Rai

U can take crocin cough syrup or paracetamol but avoid taking medicine otger than this

You can take paracetamol ( dolo 650) for pain relief. Take your gynaecologists advice. Extensive treatment cannot be done at this stage
