I am suffering from constipation
I have constipation issue last few weeks. I am drinking 4-5 liter of waters, but still no such improvement. Bcoz of hard stool, now i am suffering with piles too. I am using piles medicine but it is not improving bcoz yet constipation is there. I tried with CREMAFFIN also, But still same. Pls help me
