I am suffering from ankle sprain
I am suffering from ankle sprain from last 1 year, I got this injury while playing. I had consulted a doctor, he gave me some medicine and advised me for taking bed rest for around 2 weeks but unfortunately I had to join my job which requires travelling and my injury is uncured. Please suggest

Ankle sprain is injury to ligaments
Usually ligaments heal by nature.
If doesn't heal, it will continue to give pain and instability.
Then it needs a surgery to repair the torn ankle ligaments
