I am sleepy
Sir i am unable get sleep upto night 12:00 I cannot wake up in the morning till 10 after wake up also I am feeling restless tired I cannot concentrate on study I can't concentrate on any thing and i am drowsy all over the day and my eyes are getting dry eyes getting eye pain and headache before 3 months I go for exercise but now I am less motivated and unable do any work i am feeling hungry but i am getting nauseous while eating please suggest a solution for my troubles

Best way to get ride of this complain is that you change your routine. 1) eat your dinner before 3 hour of your sleeping time. 2).   Drink luke warm milk without sugar before 2 hour of your sleeping time. 3) take a bath before going to bed and brick walk for 10min to listen any motivation vedio or music. No vedio on mobile or tv. And after walk read you study book or any novel. Keep this above idea for 1 week. Might be you feel  changes in your sleep. Any habit take 21 days of time to completely follow.
