I am not sure what's happening to me.
I am not feeling well from last 2-3 days. Sometime it starts with a normal headache & ends up thinking out blank mindly. Even I am not able to focus on my job which also increasing my stress. I am not sure about what's happening to me nowadays. May be it's due to my relationship. I want some kind of therapy that can help me get back on track & live a good life again. Please suggest something which can heal this pressure without medicines. I don't want to undergo any type of medications. Please suggest whom I should consult with. Thanks

When someone is going through too much or too much has happened in recent past. Or if one is stressed about issue or even when you feel deeply about something and it’s not going smooth. We start thinking and making scenarios and thinking of what if? Then you know that there it needs to be taken care of, on emotional ground. If you feel that headaches and black out aren’t suppose to happen. Followed by other symptoms. It would be good that you could reach out to a Doctor and for guidance. Sometimes clarity about our physical and emotional health help you so much.

Meditation. There are so many types of meditation (through music, guided, more). You can try and repeat where you mind and body feel more relaxed and peaceful. Organising you thoughts. With pen and paper you can do so much. Vent out. Organise. Manage. Get clarity. So start writing doing today. 30 minutes to 1 hour of the day should be dedicated to hobbies. You can paint, workout, play cricket, tennis, walk and more. These are few things which you can start working with.

Talking out is best. You can talk to one on whom you could rely on. Connect with professional (Counselling/clinical Psychologist) would be good help. They will help you identify issues and help you with their expert guidance. Talking to others help you get more perspective. You know the problem but when you start taking action, you will feel a lot different.
