Hello, At this age you cannot increase your height as growing end of bones have been closed by now, have meals at regular intervals, don't skip meals , have meat ,ghee, egg, fish etc... do exercise daily ,sleep well ,avoid worries ,you can work out in gym,it increases your appetite, aerobics exercise suits for females,
drink luke waŕm milk with 2 tsf cow ghee.
