Such type of problems arise due to any upper respiratory tract infection such as sinusitis, cold and cough, etc. But such type of anosmia is well treated by homoepathy medicine but I need some investigation and more details regarding your case .so kindly pls consult with me online.

Dara ma'am Greetings for the day As i read your concern about loss of smell, I would want to know ma'am have you ever for any investigation done.Have you met and ENt ? There are many reasons for this loss of smell and common ones are allergy, sinus infection , frequent colds etc. So, first I would advise you get a Xray PNS done from any good lab in gurugram and blood tests like CBC and AEC. Then you can chat with me online and I can then understand your problem in detail and advise you accordingly. Thanks and regards

U have not mentioned what other symptoms are u having like blocked nose or frequent cold n cough or headache etc. it can be because of sinusitis or allergic rhinitis or DMS or polyp nose etc 1. Do saline gargles daily. 2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. 3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, When there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected. 4. Drink Hot Liquids --Hot liquids relieve nasal congestion, prevent dehydration, and soothe the uncomfortably inflamed membranes that line your nose and throat. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results and gives relief in long term Consult online with details
