Underarms smell problem
"My underarms have a very strong smell. No matter how much I wash them with soap or facewash, even after bathing, the smell still remains. I can’t go out without using perfume or body mist. I’ve tried waxing, shaving, and hair removal creams — nothing works. A dirty, foul smell keeps coming. I even applied sanitizer. I’ve also tried home remedies like baking soda and lemon, but nothing helped. What should I do? What is wrong with my underarms?"

Primarily due to bacterial growth because of excess sweating. * Next Steps:    * Wash underarms with Benzac AC 2.5% (likely an acne wash with benzoyl peroxide, which can also have antibacterial properties).    * Apply anti-perspirants after washing and before sleeping (ensure underarms are dry before applying).    * Wear cotton and linen clothes (preferably).    * Avoid spicy and junk food.    * Stay hydrated.

If the problem occured recently it could be due to some bacterial or fungal infections on the hair of axilla. Seeing the region can guide. If not that, excess sweating or foul sweat could also be causes.
