Do you have tooth pain or tooth sensitivity or both?
I need to know the location, type and duration of pain.

According to your complain - you need Root canal treatment of your tooth.
Tab. Ketorol Dt - 2 tab instat and after that when needed.
In case of extreme pain take tab dynapar.
But you must undergo RCT Of tooth as soon as possible. Otherwise swelling will come.
