Greying of hair is a natural process which cannot be reversed although in a few children we have seen reversing at teens. The best way to prevent further greying is to grate fresh awla in a iron bowl( a bowl in which it turns black) and keep that mixture for 2 days steering it twice a day. After 2 days add fenugreek powder and stir it. Keep it again for 1 day. Then apply that paste to the roots of the hair . Do this once a week. It will stop further greying and may reduce your grey hair too.
