I am getting sex feeling
I am getting sex feeling more and watch movies also usually and I did NT do circumscion also I think due to that daily more feelings coming up. If I do circumscion, I need regional anaesthesia only so whether doctor will do that if I said? Bcoz I found usually local anesthesia will prefer that's y bcoz I can't bear pain

Yes regional anaesthesia is enough for circumcision but I doubt it would help you with your condition
