I am 33 and have hypothyroidism my problem is my weight I have been doing walking and some cardio workout since last year March and even I lost 8 kg from 67 to 59 but again I have started gaining weight I am now 64 kg even I excercise regularly I am gaining weight inspite of reducing. Pls help me what is the mistake i am doing why I am gaining weight. I workout for 1 hour 6 days a week I am not under any deit I am non vegetarian but I don't eat chicken much. I don't like mutton. I eat egg and fish.

Just plan ur diet .
Eat plenty of vegetables in all ur meals
.Include fruits greengramsoaked raw,horsegram cooked,channa cooked,in ur meals/ breakfast/ lunch/ dinner.
