I am 22, about to turn 23 in a few months. Since last year im noticing a few white hair, when I closely look ..it's black. But yesterday, I saw atleast 5, shiny white hair & this time it was real white. I also can't know if there are more as I can't check the back side of my hair on my own and I don't trust others. The other day I saw a black hair losing it's color, almost transparent. I'm scared, I don't wanna age at just 22. Please tell me if I can reverse this. I'm guessing there could be a few reasons, but I can't get to the root cause. I also don't know whom to trust. I have hormonal imbalances since the age of 12, low hb, I've been living in extreme stress for a while now & my mind is a chatterbox, never letting me sit in peace. I also wonder if it's bec I don't oil or uss hot water to do shampoo. I'm just so so confused. My hair also having those split ends and aren't as smooth as they were earlier. Please help me.
