I need to know. And ask. I underwent c/s delivery last feb23. My incision healed well. I need to know when am i allowed to lift heavy things. Cause i need to get back to work. That really requires lifting patients. How long to take.that i surely recovered completely.
Hoping i get an answer. Thank u . 😊❤
