I m facing knee pain from almost one year, I m plaing badminton so thinking that this knee pain is due to that. Checked uric acid and found reading 5.6 . Pain is facing while stairs climbing and uplifting from chair. Please guide to resolve this issue and also to improve thigh muscles strength.

Need to perform physical examination to comment further as the pain might be because of multiple reasons- early stage arthritis/ meniscus tear/ Collateral ligament injury/chondromalcia being the most common ones.

Most likely there will be degenerative changes in your knee
