The growth figures of pregnancy are not absolute. They are relative figures and depend to some extent on the height and weight of the parents.
If your baby weight is 2.7 kg at 36 weeks then the weight of the baby at 40 weeks will be 3.2 kg. I don't know how we can consider that as a growth restriction.
Please get your Doppler studies done and consult with your Gynaecologist.
