I always feel sad
Something like that I did something wrong that's why i can't sleep eat also not feeling happy . I can't enjoy my day with my family member . When I go to for food vomating started it happens with me regularly. What to do.

What I get from this description is that you are feeling upset after you have done something wrong. It is quite normal to feel upset after you do an undesirable act. It is because of such feelings that you restrict yourself for indulging in such acts repeatedly. You will hopefully feel better as the time passes. For now you can talk to your friends and family to feel at ease.
