Hysteroscopic polypectomy
My tvs is confirming endometrial polyp, but HSG is not showing presence of polyp. Shall I proceed for hysteroscopic polypectomy?

Yes. HSG is not the investigation which should be used to diagnose endometrial polyp. So many endometrial polyps can be removed by a simple  D&C.

Definitely Hsg will only show if tubes are open or closed Will not show a polyp
