Hysteroscopic for IVF
I undergone DHL, they found hydrosalpinx in both tubes so removed and uterus stuck to rectum so doc didn't touch that as it would harm my intestines. In biopsy TB &Endometriotis both are negative. Culture showed growth of yeast cells and further took fluconazole tab for infection. Please check my hysteroscopy pictures of uterus. I have endometriosis

For endometriosis Laparoscopic diagnosis is better than Hysteroscopic diagnosis.
