Hysterectomy related question
My mother underwent hysteroscopy guided D&C last year in June for AUB. Report came as disordered proliferative endometrium and she was put on cyclic primolut n for past 6 months. Since bleeding showed no improvement and abdomen ultrasound shows growth of fibroid doctor finally advised for hysterectomy. I want to check if further TVS still shows thick endometrium do we need to repeat hysteroscopy before undergoing hysterectomy ? D&C was done in June 2022. Asking this for monetary concerns

You have already wasted enough time. I don't know why an abdominal ultrasound was not done before doing hysteroscopy guided D&C . Please ask your mother to go for a hysterectomy. A lot of time and money is being wasted in the process of being scientifically correct.
