Hysterectomy
My doctor has asked me for hysterectomy.
Can u please all see my reports and tell whether i should go for operation and whether my treatment is correct or not.
My pregnancy report is negative

Bulky uterus if associated with heavy painful menses , can be delt with conservative surgery
Which can reduce blood loss
But that will not shrink size of uterus
If it doesnot respond well , hysterectomy is last resort

Your ultrasound findings are not properly visible, if your family is complete and symptoms affecting your daily routine then you can go for hysterectomy, otherwise you can go for mirena insertion as well.
