Hello.. Your anti TPO status positively signifies thyroid autoimmunity.. But when TSH is within normal limits with anti TPO positive we don't treat with thyroxine we monitor TSH 6 monthly. If TSH rises in due course u will require treatment..  skin rashes responsive to cetrizine less likely due to thyroid... u need to consult dermatologist..
Next Steps
Consult good dermatologist
Health Tips

Anti TPO is positive means thyroid antibodies are present which predominantly effects thyroid. Some have associated other allergic skin conditions as well. So need to consult dermatologist. Anti TPO positivity also means their may be thyroid dysfunction as well. So need to do thyroid function test.
Next Steps
Thyroid function test
Health Tips
Some have common allergies like food, vegetables or dust mite try avoiding these for rashes
