Hypothyroidism- pregnancy
Hi doctor! I have hypothyroidism before pregnancy and I was taking 75 mcg Thyronorm.  During 5 weeks pregnancy, my TSH went 13, then my endocrinologist increases the dose. I'm 16 weeks pregnant and since the beginning of my pregnancy my tsh has always been in the 0.2-0.3 range. My endo always says it's normal as per pregnancy but I'm concerned as my tsh range is always in the lower side of the range value. I'm not gaining weight as well and feeling weak. My weight is 48 kgs now, before pregnancy I was 52 kgs. Do I need to reduce the dose? Currently I'm 112 mcg thyronorm.
