In frozen shoulder there is pain, stiffness, restricted movements of shoulder. And the pain is mostly felt at night more ,though present through out day. But if you have only pain in shoulder and elbow, then it can be due to any reason like already you have hypothyroidism, also it can be due to calcium deficiency, gout, rheumatoid arthritis etc. So related to bones you should first get it checked with orthopedic doctor. And the tiredness and irritability is due to hypothyroidism. You can take homeopathic treatment for the same . Contact separately if needed.
