Hypothyroidism
My reports for T3, T4, and TSH levels are normal after taking 100 microgm of eltroxin Tablets . Since 2 yrs all the reports are normal and having no symptoms as well. Can I go for dose tapering? Last report of TSH was 3.6.

According to your TSH level your thyroid tablet dose was exactly prescribed just as needed by your body. No need to taper the dose.

Most  of thyroid patients suffer withdrawal sypmtom after tapering the dose. First consult to your family doctor. Your dose should be tapered by your doctor. You should start ' Majun Falasafa ' 10gms (a Hamdard dawakhana product)daily in the morning.  It helps to suppress your withdrawal symptoms.
Next Steps
Follow up is must regularly. if you feel any difficulty after tapering dose, immediately go to your doctor for check up.
