Hypothyroidism in pregnancy

Asked for Male, 28 Years

My wife is having hypothyroidism and was using 62.5 mcg.her dose was increased to 100 mcg from 5th week pregnancy. She is now 15 weeks pregnant and total t3 is 1.15 total t4 is 15.35 and TSH is 0.71. please suggest if she need to continue same dose?
