Subclinical hypothyroidism
I have subclinical hypothyroidism tsh 6.5 with negative antibodies bodies I am taking 50mcg levothyroxine but I saw another doctor who told to stop medicine since my antibodies are negative but why is my tsh 6.2???

Depends on symptoms. Can be on treatment. Not required to have positive antibodies all the time.
