Hypothyroidism in pregnancy
My wife had a miscarriage 11months ago. Since then she is having hypothyroidism and was using thyronorm 62.5 mcg. she is now pregnant again (15 weeks). Her TSH levels are as follows. When pregnancy confirmed in February(5th week of pregnancy): Total t3: 0.92 Total t4: 9.86 TSH: 7.47 From then using 100mcg. When again tested for TSH in March (10th week pregnancy) Total t3: 1.06 Total t4: 12.31 TSH: 1.23 Continuing 100mcg When tested in April (14th week pregnancy) Total t3: 1.15 Total t4: 15.35 TSH: 0.71 Can you please suggest if she should continue 100mcg or lower dose?
