Hypothyroidism and diabetes
My mother is a patient of hypothyroidism and diabetes she takes thyronorm 75mcg, foxiga 10 mg, glycinorm Mod60 ,supradyn, calcimax forte and rosuvas 10mg. Recently her glucose levels are fluctuating after she has a fasting session of 4 hrs. How to control. Her glocose levels are falling down to 62 before food. Please suggest

Glycinorm is the drug that causes hypoglycemia. there are better alternatives like Metformin and DPP4Is. May be the patient didn't tolerate these drugs or had some contraindication. Need to review the history lab reports and prescriptions.
