Hypothyroid - Thyronorm dosage
I have subclinical hypothyrodism (that's what my doctor said) since 3 years, i have been on medication - Thyronorm (100 mcg). recently i have taken test and my TSH level is 11.8. Should i Increase the dosage to 125 or 150 mcg?? Also please guide on food to avoid to keep my TSH levels normal

Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Do meditation regularly Take coriander juice daily Take carrots and beet root juice daily Use saindhav namak instead of regular salt for cooking Take Tab geriforte by Himalaya 2 Twice a day regularly Continue your current dose of thyronorm at present Recheck your thyroid hormone levels after 1 month following all above points
