Hypoglycemia
Sir, from last one year I  can't do any kind of physical activity n  exercises  even climbing the stairs n holding my hand up is difficult for me .If overexerted it will lead to fainting . I m also experiencing weakness,fatigue, dizziness throughout a day since last one year and  also lost 17 kg weight . All these symptoms increase during morning . I had taken lot of multivitamins and healthy balanced diet but it is of no use . I had undergone following blood test -      CBC+PS Thyroid (T3, T4, TSH) Liver function tests, Sgot ,sgpt Kidney function tests USG of abdomen Vitamin d3 etc etc all of these came to be  normal . I had to eat many times a day especially ( carbohydrates) to reduce these symptoms temporarily .,if meal skipped then these symptoms increases significantly . I had tried hydrocortisone , glucagon tablets for 4-5 days in may 2018  which reduces these symptoms to great extent. ye sab symptoms mujhe last year  (mar-aug 2017 )low carb diet plus heavy exercises krne

It doesn't look like a classical case of hypoglycemia. Uncontrolled diabetes can present like this though. I am sure you must already tested for diabetes. If you aren't diabetic, u must meet a physician and get urself thoroughly checked for the cause or weight loss.
