I had sleeping problem at the age 16 so I started masturbating I am getting sick because of masterbation Now I want to leave masturbation habit So i met psychiatrist He prescribed sleeping pills But I am still masturbating during sleep In the middle of sleep when I wake I am masturbating subconsciously or unconsciously I want to take hypnotherapy session to leave masturbation habit Will it help me and how many session do i need?
