Hypnic jerk
I'm suffering from dyspepsia since last 3 months and I'm also having a mild persistent headache. There is sleep disturbances also with tingling sensation and I also wake up with a hypnic jerk when I'm just about to fall asleep. Is stress playing on my body or could it be something serious like brain tumour?

The cluster of symptoms you have mentioned are more of suggestive of being secondary to stress only. Brain tumor seems to be unlikely with these symptoms, unless they are progressive and deteriorating in nature along with some deficit in various sensations or muscular function or coordination of movements or significant appetite and weight loss etc.
Next Steps
To rule out brain tumor which you are concerned about, MRI brain would be ideal next step. But before advising that, a detailed assessment is necessary by a psychiatrist and neurologist. If anything suspicious, they may refer you for MRI but rest assured, this possibility seems to be most unlikely in these cluster of symptoms
