Dose of thyroid medication should be individualized based on repeat TSH and symptoms. Rx: Continue current dose temporarily Repeat TSH after 6 weeks Dose adjustment only after medical review Please consult a General Physician before changing the dose. You may consult me via Practo.

It is just lower side of normal, continue same dose and repeat test after 12 weeks. There is no fixed dose for medicine.it is always started from a lower dose, reviewed with control quarterly tests and reviewed as per results.

Continue the same dose and get TSH tested at an interval of 3 months next. In case of symptoms like palpitations/ sleeplessness consult for dose changes

Your TSH drop to 3.45 shows the 75 mcg dose is working effectively, though many doctors aim for an optimal target between 1.0 and 2.0.
Next Steps
You should likely stay on 75 mcg for another month to let your levels fully stabilize before your doctor decides if a tiny adjustment is needed.
Health Tips
To maintain these results, take your pill on an empty stomach and keep iron or calcium supplements at least 4 hours apart from your thyroid medication.

Your TSH has improved significantly from 12.5 to 3.45 after taking 75 mcg of thyroid medication, which shows a good response to treatment. However, thyroid levels usually take 6–8 weeks to stabilize fully after starting or changing a dose. One month is slightly early to decide the long-term maintenance dose. The correct dose varies from person to person and should be based on repeat TSH (and sometimes Free T4) along with symptoms.
Next Steps
Continue the same dose (75 mcg) for now unless advised otherwise • Repeat TSH (± Free T4) after completing 6–8 weeks on the same dose • Consult your doctor with the repeat reports to decide if dose adjustment is needed • Take the tablet daily on an empty stomach, 30–60 minutes before breakfast
Health Tips
Do not change the dose on your own, even if the value looks normal • Over-treatment can cause palpitations, anxiety, weight loss, and bone issues • Maintain consistency in timing of the tablet for accurate test results • Thyroid treatment is usually long-term, and dose needs periodic monitoring

Kindly share the other details. Since how much time your diagnosed with the disease and how long you've been taking the treatment and what are the symptoms. Also it is desired if there's any pregnancy or not. Get USG thyroid and anti TPo antibodies levels if not done yet.
Next Steps
till then continue the same dose and repeat fT3, fT4, and TSH levels after 2- 3 months.
